teen group training
here at strongher training, we are committed to helping teen athletes avoid injury and to learn the basics of strength training – skills they will need as they progress from middle- to high-school and to college. we believe that strong athletes are healthier, more confident, and better able to manage the rigors of the sports they love to play. we believe that helping teens to become strong is a critical and often-overlooked aspect of their training and we are here to help.
strongwomen in training
our teen winter (off-season) program focuses on building strength through the major barbell lifts and appropriate ‘successory’ work. participants will learn to deadlift, squat, and press and will learn the basics of progressive strength programming in a supportive and expertly-coached environment. all sessions include mobility/flexibility training, as well as ‘fun’ cardio conditioning.
